We may process information about you that you provide to us (including via our website(s) at www.educationandemployers.org and www.inspiringthefuture.org (our sites). This data may include personal information provided by you:

• if you register with us and do not opt-out of use of your personal data in this way, to provide you with information (including our newsletter) relating to similar services or projects that we may offer from time to time;
• to monitor the way in which our sites are used, and to ensure that content from our sites is presented in the most effective manner for you and your internet browser;
• in connection with any agreements or other arrangements between you and us (including the Terms of website use at [EET to insert link to Terms]); and
• to notify you about changes to our organisation and services.

Except as outlined above or as otherwise required or permitted by law, we do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to third parties without your consent.  However, we may provide third parties with aggregate information about our users for research with the purpose of improving our service as a hub for employers and schools/colleges who wish to engage with each other.
