Why do you think it’s important to provide young people with meaningful employer encounters?

It’s vitally important so young people can make informed career decisions about different pathways they wish to pursue (university/ apprenticeship/ school leavers schemes ) especially at a time when the job market is changing, we are operating in an increasingly virtual world and jobs that once existed when young people’s parents or carers were growing up are no longer in existence.
