Artificial intelligence is changing the world of work — and with that change comes a lot of questions, assumptions, and misconceptions. This project is about making AI more tangible, and helping students understand how it’s being used across different careers today.
In partnership with Amazon, this campaign will introduce students to a wide range of roles and explore how professionals are working alongside AI every day — from engineers and designers to creatives, technologists, and customer-focused teams.
Students will:
- Hear directly from Amazon employees
- Discover career paths they may not have considered
- Learn how AI is being used as a tool across roles and industries

Amazon’s world spans:
Alexa, AWS, Audible, Amazon Fresh, Amazon Music, Retail and more
So there’s no shortage of exciting opportunities to explore.

I work in a school and this is perfect for inspiring our students
That’s great to hear! Inspiring the Future gives you immediate access to our amazing workplace volunteers when you sign up. We have a whole host of Amazon volunteers that you can invite into your school. You can search for volunteers on the Inspiring the Future platform by job title and sector – and if they’re not local to you, invite them to join you virtually.
They’ll be happy to talk about their job, what led them to their current role, what subjects are useful to have and lots more.
Speaking to someone actually ‘doing the job’ makes a world of difference.
I’d like to make a difference as a volunteer
We’re always on the lookout for new people to join our 90,000+ strong community of professionals from the world of work. Whatever sector or walk of life you’re from, wherever you are in your career, we’d love to hear from you (as would the children!).
