Oran uses Inspiring the Future to source volunteers and organise enriching workplace visits for his students. A standout activity for Oran was when his engineering students had the chance to visit Brompton Bicycle factory for National Manufacturing Day. The students were taken on a tour of the building and had the chance to take part in hands-on activities related to bike manufacturing.
By connecting their chosen subject to a future career Oran was delighted to see how the activity motivated students and has “driven them to succeed further with their studies and career progression aims.”
