Join any of our LIVE virtual events taking place in 2025 – and share the joy of working in aviation with your students. Anyone who’s worked in aviation will tell you – almost quite gushingly – how much they love it.

The following are live, virtual events we organise, and teachers.. you can register for as many as you like. You can also use our platform (for free) to link up with our many specialist aviation workplace volunteers to create your own event.

Ready for Take Off: Exploring Aviation for Everyone

Take to the skies in this exciting virtual event all about careers in aviation! In celebration of International Day of the Girl, this session will show children that anyone — girls or boys — can work in the world of planes, airports, and flight. Pupils will hear from real people who work in aviation, like pilots, engineers, and air traffic controllers. They’ll share what they do, how they got their jobs, and why they love working in the skies. This fun and inspiring session will help KS2 pupils see how their interests and talents could one day lead to amazing jobs in aviation — no matter who they are!

Aviation Mission: Who Does What?

This fun and interactive virtual event challenges primary students to guess the diverse jobs in aviation beyond pilots and cabin crew! Students will learn about a wide range of exciting roles, from ground staff to engineers and air traffic controllers, helping them to see that aviation offers many opportunities for everyone, regardless of gender or background. The session aims to challenge stereotypes and inspire young minds to think beyond traditional career paths in aviation.

Join us to discover exciting jobs in aviation and why the sky really is open to all.

This virtual event explores the exciting innovations and sustainability efforts shaping the future of aviation. Students will also hear from experts about the skills and careers needed to drive change in this rapidly evolving sector, inspiring them to consider a future in aviation that’s both innovative and sustainable.

Get your children waxing lyrical about the aviation sector – the wealth of jobs is just incredible. 

From jobs at the airport (think Fire and Rescue, Aircraft Despatch, Check-in, Air Traffic Control and Engineering) to jobs in the office (Marketing, Travel Agents, Revenue Management, E-commerce, Sales, Legal etc) to jobs in the air (Flight Attendants, Air Ambulance, Pilots etc). And we haven’t even touched on training and flight instructors!
