The Clean Canals Challenge Winners – inspiring change for cleaner waterways!

Participants submitted 2D or 3D designs—hand-drawn, digital, or modelled with materials like cardboard or LEGO – along with a short description explaining how their device worked and its sustainability. Many also added creative names and branding ideas, exploring ways to raise awareness about littering and protect local waterways.

The challenge was initially delivered through sessions at Featherstone High School and Ark King’s Academy and then extended to other schools across the country.
