Promoting pupils’ future aspirations is paramount at Danesholme and in 2019 they were the first infant school in the country to achieve a ‘Career Mark’ award.
Using Primary Futures has been fundamental to this, as Carol believes that by showing her pupils what is possible through meeting a diverse range of volunteers, they will be motivated to achieve whilst at school and later in the world of work.
